Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The location is good and the general concept of being in a little secure "bubble" inside the city was nice. The houses have all the essencials and are confortable for a few days stay. The host was available and helpful, trying to help us through some troubles around the property (namely with some less civil fellow guests and dealing with the cold).
Negative: Being a harsh winter the heating in the houses was very lacking, the 1 room apartment had only a mini heater that did litle to nothing. On the 2 room apartment a gas heater helped a lot to keep the house confortable. The cleaning was generally ok, bathrooms ans rooms were neat, the kitchen sinks were not so much, some rushing around probably. The rest of our dislike was mainly due to fellow guest and not really with the quality of the housing... dog poop on the pateo and late night loud swearing from our neighbours we could have done without for sure.
Summary: Good host saves the day...
