THE SPACE
Our "Paradise Springs" home offers a very large 2306 square footage of professionally designed relaxation space, more than enough area for 10 guests to fit comfortably and with room to spare for a completely spacious and relaxing retreat! Featuring 9.4' high ceilings, luxury mattresses, high quality furniture and up to 50% more square footage than most homes in the area, this home provides all the extra space and ultimate comfort you need for a totally stress-free getaway. The home is also a "net zero" home with solar power provided by the solar panels on the roof that help the environment by harnessing the power of the hot Florida sun!
BEDROOMS: There are 4 bedrooms with 8 beds with comfortable sleeping space for a total of 10 guests. Two rooms are en-suites with their own attached private full bathroom. Each room has comfortable top-of-the-line memory foam gel mattresses and hypo-allergenic pillow cases and hypo-allergenic mattress protectors. The soft pillows are filled with goose down feathers for ultimate comfort. The extra-large master bedroom has a massive walk-in closet and an additional 55" 4K QLED smart TV to enjoy.
BATHROOMS: The home consists of 3 full bathrooms, 2 with bathtubs and one with a walk-in shower and double sinks from the master bedroom.
LIVING ROOM: Watch your favorite shows while relaxing on the soft blue velvet couches with a high-quality QLED 4K smart TV. There is a marbletop coffee table and tile flooring throughout the entire home.
KITCHEN: The bright kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with everything you need to cook gourmet meals: full utensils and non-stick cookware, new modern stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a bar seating area, and a Keurig machine that does both K-cups and drip coffee. The home also uses city water only, so you won't find icky well water here! It truly feels like a home away from home.
OFFICE/LAUNDRY: The home also has a comfortable office outfitted with WIFI internet access and a modern electronic sit/stand adjustable desk. The separate laundry room has an oversized Samsung washer and dryer and a utility sink.
LANAI: A private, covered lanai out back includes an outdoor patio set that seats 4 along with a gas grill and grilling utensils and a meat thermometer. The lanai overlooks a serene green wooded lot with no neighbors to the back for additional privacy and comfort. The outdoor space is a picturesque retreat and the perfect place to unwind and escape from the stress of daily life.
GARAGE: A 2 car garage and an extended driveway are both available for free parking out front. The extended driveway has enough room to bring your RV, camper, boat or jetskis! Driveway can easily park 4 cars or trucks with room for 2 more in the garage. We also provide beach chairs, a rolling cooler, and six beach towels available for a magical day at the beach.

You will have access to the entire home with complete self check-in via the front door electronic pin pad code given to you before you arrive. You will have access to all the rooms of the home except for 2 small closets locked for cleaning supplies. Please do not access them.
