Welcome to our newly remolded and professionally decorated lake house. This stunning 1,952 square foot open concept ranch features windows across the whole east side of the house, providing a panoramic view of beautiful Conesus Lake.
Calm and peaceful earth tones blend harmoniously from room to room.
A commanding granite fireplace takes center stage in the great room. The cathedral ceiling and a tall prow window make the room bright and lofty. You and your family or friends will be comfortable while relaxing on the reclining sofas. A pair of swivel chairs allow you to face the lake, or the conversation area. This large seating area easily fits eight people. A 52" flat screen TV can be viewed from anywhere in the room. Unique lamps and live edge wood end tables keep the earthy nature feeling strong. Games, books, and magazines are nearby in the stylish wine rack / storage unit. A tall plant and giant clock give the room that modern decorated vibe!
The kitchen boasts lovely oak cabinets and a new double sink, cooktop, and sleek granite counter tops. An island provides convenience and a wonderful place to prepare and serve food. The solid wood dining table easily seats 8 and offers stunning views! The cupboards are fully stocked with dishes, cookware, and pots and pans. All the cooking essentials are included.
Enjoy lake views from the two sets of sliding glass doors in the master bedroom. A king size bed flanked by night stands with lamps will give you just the right reading light. This room also has a 42” flat screen TV and a chair. Two closets give ample room for clothes. The master bedroom’s simple décor provides the ultimate in calm.
Connected to the master bedroom is a stunning bathroom. Blue gray tiles reflect the lake colors and lend the master bath a spa-like tranquility. Enjoy a shower complete with a high flow rainfall shower head, wall shower head and hand shower combination.
Guest bedroom 1 has a dark wood panel queen bed and matching dresser, plus two nightstands, and a chair. The large window lets light fill the room. Earth tones with blue accents prevail.
Guest bedroom 2 has a rustic pine queen bed and dresser with mirror. Lake fun is highlighted with “SPLASH” spelled out in navy rope, and whimsical green disks.
An entry bathroom in gray tones boasts a corner shower and oversized vanity. Across the hall, behind a set of wood stained pocket doors is a large laundry room with a washer, dryer, sink, panty cupboard, and closet.
Outdoors, the newly refinished deck wraps around the east and south side of the house. There is plenty of room to relax and unwind. Six chairs plus a high top table and chair set provide places to linger. A Weber Grill is available for cooking out. Enjoy a campfire in the fire pit. 2 kayaks are available for free upon request, and 1 stand up paddleboard for $75.00 .
Restaurants, shopping, churches, and an amusement center are minutes away. The quaint town of Geneseo has much to offer, including Wegmans, the nationally ranked grocery store. Other attractions include Bristol Mountain for skiing, Letchworth Park, Deer Run Winery, and Stoney Brook Park.
