Quality beach house with pool, breath-taking surf and ocean views, private position. All bedrooms have private ensuite bathrooms. Four bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans, fifth bedroom fan only. Free WIFI. Spacious open-plan living, gourmet kitchen with gas stove. Luxury finishes and decorations throughout. Exquisite outdoor entertaining and lounge deck. Stroll to pristine Rainbow Beach, surf club, bistro, shops and pub, just at the end of the street, a 3 to 5 minute walk.
FAMILY SPACE
Panorama Beach House has been our family home for 12 years, and was renovated in 2017.
As the property was a registered bed & breakfast establishment, you will find ensuite bathrooms for all guests, a well equipped kitchen, the home well furnished, and the property well maintained.
We like the choice of surfing and picnics at beautiful Rainbow Beach, or lounging poolside with friends at home, with BBQs on the deck, and cocktails at the bar.
PET FRIENDLY
Pet friendly for outdoor dogs only and small inside dogs on request. Fully fenced yard. All pets to be pre-approved by management as courtesy to the property owner. Please chat to us about your pet(s) and needs.
LAYOUT AND BEDDING
Upstairs you find the open plan living, the divine kitchen with marble benchtop, gas cooktop, double ovens, fridge with ice water, outdoor bar, study/office nook, 3 bedrooms with ensuites, and additional powder room. Master bedroom has ocean views, stone stand alone bathtub, walk-in shower, walk-in robe, TV. Second bedroom has a bunk bed. Third bedroom has a TV and private balcony.
Downstairs is a self-contained 4th bedroom annex second lounge with queen sofa bed / rumpus room withTV, kitchenette, ensuite and tropical pool views. Downstairs 5th bedroom is accessible via outside via a separate entrance and has pool views.
Laundry with washing machine, dryer and clothesline are downstairs too.

The house has 6 to 7 beds in total and sleeps up to 10-11 guests:
1 king size bed (upstairs master bedroom)
2 singles bunk bed (upstairs 2nd bedroom)
1 queen bed (upstairs 3rd bedroom)
1 good quality queen sofa bed (downstairs 4th bedroom / rumpus)
1 double bed (downstairs 5th bedroom)
An extra single fold-up bed is also available
PARKING
Guests have access to the full house, pool and driveway parking, fits 4 cars easily. The garage is not accessible to guests, it is used for storage by the owner.

BOND/SECURITY DEPOSIT
Panorama Beach House requires a refundable $750 bond to be paid prior to arrival as condition of entry. Either via credit card preauthorisation or bank transfer, the property manager will be in touch.
