This stunning newly built home offers a stylish, uber cool getaway for your family and friends, an opportunity to come together and enjoy this luxurious home and each others company. This beautiful space boasts air conditioning throughout, high ceilings, stunning magnesium pool, pizza oven, indoor dining, comfy beds and 2 large living areas. This home is uncomplicated and relaxing, minutes from Byron Bay town centre and Tallows beach. The Roadhouse cafe is just a stroll around the corner.
This home is a functional and fun space thoughtfully designed and executed with our guests in mind. A modern gourmet kitchen, with a large kitchen island, Fisher & Paykel appliances, pantry, Breville espresso coffee machine, comfy and welcoming, including two large lounge areas, an indoor dining area for family catch up's.
The lounge is the hub of the home, with a gorgeous oversized sofa you can watch a movie or open the glass sliding doors maximising the expansiveness of the downstairs area.
There are 4 bedrooms, 2 with ensuites, furnished with brand new super comfortable beds, ceiling fans, lots of wardrobe space and ducted air conditioning.
Upstairs:
The Master bedroom has a Queen bed with a balcony off the bedroom, perfect for letting in the cool ocean breeze in the evening. Plenty of hanging space, drawers and luggage storage in the walk through wardrobe. Ensuite with bath, 'rain' shower and toilet. Samsung smart t.v. ceiling fan and ducted air conditioning.
The second bedroom has a Queen bed with large wardrobe for hanging your clothes, Sony smart t.v, ceiling fan and ducted air conditioning.
The third bedroom has a Queen bed with large wardrobe for hanging your clothes, in built daybed with extra storage, ceiling fan and ducted air conditioning.
A separate full modern bathroom with 'rain' shower head and toilet.
Upstairs has a large second lounge with Samsung smart tv
Downstairs:
The fourth bedroom has a Queen bed, ensuite with 'rain' shower and toilet, a large wardrobe with ample luggage storage, drawers and space for hanging your clothes, ceiling fan and ducted air conditioning.
There is a seperate toilet downstairs.

Summary: We had an amazing time at this property. The house was absolutely perfect! Everything was spotless, beautifully presented, and had all the comforts we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was ideal, and the attention to detail in the home really made it feel special.What really stood out, though, was the communication. It was absolutely sensational! Joselle was incredibly responsive, helpful, thoughtful and made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. We felt so well looked after. Thank you so very much Joselle!Highly recommend this place — we’d definitely love to come back!
