Positive: Location, cleanliness, views
Negative: Unheated pool with an additional cost and little info ahead of time to give us a heads up to get pool heated at arrival. Paid for a home with a private pool and never could get in. Surveillance camera inside Lanai was invasive and unnecessary. Should be located outside the home so its useful for owner but not invading in guest privacy. Very upsetting.
