Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second time renting this beach house, and seeing the ocean and hearing the waves everyday was awesome. It is Centrally located and close to Capitola, Santa Cruz, Watsonville, and Monterey. The unit is perfect for 3 couples and had everything we needed. We were all very comfortable.
