Positive: Perfect location. The room was same as pictured, very clean! Bed was comfortable, TV and A/C in the room. We didn't use the A/C because the room had good strong central heating. We stayed for 2 nights only but still the room was cleaned right on the next day and towels were changed. There were free toiletries and a very well equipped shared kitchen. Bottles of water and coffee available for guests free of charge. Very good and easy communication with the host Rakib. He is a nice and attentive person. He was on time there waiting for us and showed us the room(check in smoothly without any problems, same for check out). He even left a gift on our room's door (someone took the first gift he left, and he left another one for us) which is very nice of him. Thank you Rakib! :) I recommend this place and would stay here if in Rome again.
Negative: The only thing we didn't like was the unpleasant smell (sewage smell) in the bathroom though it was very clean.
