The house is well finished and equipped and it has a kitchen with dining table, a comfortable living room with sofa, and a bathroom with shower and window. The kitchen and the living room give access to the covered terrace and to the garden. The ample garden is surrounded by a fence with hedges. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with two single beds; there is another bathroom with shower. All the windows and doors are provided with shutters which prevent the overheating in summer. The third bedroom is on the first floor.
You can park the car within the estate. A second car may be parked opposite to the house in a public parking place.
