No talking loudly outside.
There cannot be any loud talking outside at night (past 10pm), or any loud music from your vehicle. Please speak very very quietly and have music from your vehicle turned off so that neighbors cannot hear you AT ALL. If this rule is broken, I will need to immediately terminate your stay without refund. Please inform all your guests. I have cameras viewing the parking area.
Limit 4 vehicles.
You may only park on the driveway. MAX OF FOUR VEHICLES ON DRIVEWAY. TOO MANY VEHICLES AND PARKING ON THE STREET WILL RESULT IN A $1000 FINE PER VEHICLE AND TERMINATION OF YOUR STAY.
Check-out time is 11am. A $100 fee will be charged if there is a late check-out any minute past 11am. If your check-out time reaches up to 30 minutes late, you will be fined an additional $100 per 30 minutes. No early check-in, unless I have already given you permission to do so. I charge $100 to accommodate early check-ins. I do not offer refunds for any reason, unless I was unable to accommodate your booking.
A max of 10 guests are permitted. 10 people includes visitors who aren't spending the night. I have several cameras to count the individuals entering the home.
No large speakers allowed in the home. (If I see one on the cameras, your stay will be automatically terminated without refund) You may only carry a tiny handheld speaker that can fit in your palm. (As large as your cell phone.) Bass cannot be heard from the home. If there's loud music or more than 10 individuals entering the home, your stay will be immediately shut down with police arrests and a termination of stay without refund. Neighbors are also looking out. (Small, quiet gatherings, however, are totally fine.)The max guests are 10 total, unless you have already been approved by me to invite more guests. Extra guests are an additional $50/each. Extra guests include those who aren't spending the night.
Covering/touching cameras and touching noise detectors will result in an automatic termination of your stay without refund, no questions asked.
Smoking is not allowed inside the property. The smell of smoke in the home will result in a $1000 fine. No pets. $1000 fine for evidence of a pet or pet visits. Shoes are not to be worn on carpeted areas.
This home is regularly treated for pests but certain bugs are part of the GA environment and we can not control nature. Please be aware that we do not offer refunds if you happen to see a bug. By booking this listing, you hereby agree with this statement.
No mail/packages delivered to the home. Any mail/packages will be discarded. (You may have food delivered to the home during your stay.)
An excessively dirty home will cost additional cleaning fees. Please remove and wash your dishes and remove all food, groceries, and trash from the home when checking out. Please make sure you do not stain the carpet. If there are lots of carpet stains and/or dishes/food/trash/groceries left behind, or if the home was simply left excessively dirty, you will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
You are provided 10 white, clean towels and 10 white wash cloths. Be sure that you don’t accidentally take any or stain them, or the linens on the bed, or will be billed for the cost to replace them. They will be inspected after your check-out and should stay white.
When booking and/or cancelling your stay at any of my listings, you hereby agree to not write a bad review without first making me aware of any issues that you are having, and allowing me to fix the issue(s).
If you did not follow the house rules and/or your stay was terminated due to not following house rules, you hereby agree that you no longer have the right to leave a review, and that you are no longer permitted to book any of my listings now or in the future.
No washer or dryer usage available, unless your stay is at least 14 days long.
Trash is collected weekly, and our trash collector may collect trash from the property unannounced. Same goes for our lawnmower.
Any unnecessary calls to the police will result in you being fined $5000 via Airbnb, and it will also result in the individual who booked to be sued for causing an unnecessary disturbance.
★ DAMAGE INSURANCE ★ We know that things might get damaged or broken by accident. If such an unfortunate event occurs, please relax as Opuluxe provides guests withup to $1,500 in coverage for damages to the property, furnishings, or fixtures during their stay. Please let us know as soon as there are damages, and we can get it taken care of by filing a claim after you check-out.
