Summary: My family of 4 stayed over Memorial Day Weekend. The location and distance from the beach was fantastic. The house easily swallowed us. With the bunk room, we could have slept 6 more people, but the house really would not be big enough to accommodate that many. The dining room table is only big enough for 6, and with no dishwasher, you won't want to be washing everyone's dishes!The house is in need of some upgrades-the shower head in the master bath is too low for anyone over 5' 4". Another counter or rolling island in the kitchen would be helpful (and there's space for it). The backyard could be a great place to hang out with a little time spent on the landscape, but as it was, it was not a place you wanted to spend time. Better patio furniture out front would be nice as that has the best view of the ocean. Overall, we rated the location a 5 but the house a 3.5. But, if you are just looking for a place to sleep and want to spend most of your time at the beach, this is the house for you.
