Ideally positioned to enjoy the sparkling waters and shimmering sands of Eagle Bay Beach, Bunker Bay or the Old Dunsborough or Quindalup swimming beaches and the beautiful foreshore recreation areas. Or roam further to the renowned wineries, restaurants and galleries; or wild and dramatic coastlines around the Cape.
The Lookout is split level two storey to complement and work with the gradient of the block and is of predominantly cladded construction, with extensive use of glass to drink in the winter sun and harness the solar passive benefits of the home’s orientation. The expansive upper level entertaining deck provides the feeling of being in the tree tops and provides mesmerising views of the glistening waters of Eagle Bay - definitely the favoured summertime spot for holiday wining and dining with family and friends.
The main living zone upstairs comprises open plan living dining and kitchen and almost every part of this space drinks in the bush and water vistas. The wood fire will ensure winter escapes are full of cosy fireside chats whilst enjoying one of our region’s renowned reds.
