3 Bedroom House in Yaroomba, Sunshine Coast
Summary:
Just mtrs to the beach this luxury home with swimming pool, is designed for the perfect beach holiday for a family. Ideally located with playground, park & Beach outside your front gate. A quiet cul-de-sac oozing relaxation, with a large kitchen & open air living areas, the main bedroom with spa & ensuite on the ground floor, two large bedrooms & bathroom are upstairs. Outdoor shower leads into separate toilet & powder room.
The Space:
Ground floor... Well equipped kitchen, lounge and dining areas, office area, main bedroom, ensuite includes spa bath, laundry, outdoor shower and powder room. Also outdoor seating and patio.
Upstairs, Two large bedrooms, one bedroom with a Queen bed and 2 bunk beds (not a lot of extra space in this room as it’s full of beds) and the other bedroom with a Queen bed only, and a family bathroom.
Parking is available onsite in locked yard and double garage for long term guests only.
Guest Access:
Guests can access most of house with the only exceptions being the main bedroom (upstairs) which is locked.
The Neighborhood:
Sunshine Coast, Yaroomba, (just south of Coolum,) and the surrounds is a laid back family friendly beach area. During school holidays there are Surf Life Savers on our beach, right outside the back gate. Plenty of restaurants within easy 5 minutes drive. Ideally located to explore not only the Coastal region but also the hinterland and surrounds.
The Sunshine Coast is renown for its world-class surfing beaches with the ‘Festival of Surfing’ held annually in March.
Lots of outdoor activities include a hike to the top Mt Coolum a 197m volcanic dome created some 26 million years ago and enjoy the panoramic views of coastline and hinterland from the top!
Walk the Noosa National Park to Hells Gate, a must do if you like walking, whilst there enjoy the gorgeous shops, restaurants and a perfect sheltered beach.
Take drive to the hinterland - exploring open roads and stunning views.
Discover the Glass House Mountains, Maleny, Montville, Eumundi and Mapleton.
Nearby is the world famous Australia Zoo. Also a visit to Mooloolaba’s UnderWater World showcasing Australia’s colourful marine life with daily seal shows is a must.
For golfing enthusiasts we have Mount Coolum’s 18 hole course or internationally recognised Twin Waters Golf Club close by.
Getting Around:
Buses are available and run every half hour with a bus stop not far from us and Uber does work in the area if you do not have a car. I can pick you up from the Airport or Nambour train station if you require. It is around 1/2 hour walk into Coolum Beach via some amazing walking tracks.
Other Things to Note:
Our home is not for School Leavers.
Strictly must be over the age of 25 to book.
Maximum of 6 adults and 4 children.
Please be advised this is a family home and not for parties. It is for the number of guests booked only and preferably a family or a couple looking for a holiday, a short stay or should we be going away for a longish period of time, then a family needing short term accommodation on the Sunshine Coast.
All care needs to be taken with new furniture and surrounds. If some sort of celebration is to take place, please ask first for our consideration. Thanks.

This is our private home which we enjoy, but leave now and again should we have a booking. Once a year we like to go overseas on a long holiday and like our home to be occupied, in which case we give a substantial discount for a long term stay.
