COVID CLEANING- Cleaning fees, following covid protocols, have increased from $49 to $79. As a guest you can rest assured that your host has been very thorough in cleaning/sanitizing this property in advance of your arrival, to provide you with a clean and safe environment.
Staying here means not needing your vehicle to get to and from the slopes! It's such a huge advantage when it comes to convenience and saving time, especially on snow days! And to make your stay even more hassle-free, enjoy the permanent Village core ski locker(located in the Day Lodge basement) so you don't have to carry anything to/from the slopes if you don't want to.
There are no stairs, elevators, long hallways or lobby's to deal with when staying here. It's only 10 meters from the building door to the condo door, getting in and out during your stay is a breeze. Loading all your luggage, food and other gear in/out of the condo is also a breeze, the condo door is only 15 meters from the covered entryway where you park to load in/out at the beginning/end of your stay.
It's a 5 minute walk to the lifts for snowboarders, 6-7 minutes for skiers adept at walking in ski boots. The ski-out puts you across the street from the condo.. If you take advantage of the Village core ski locker It's a 5 minute walk to/'from the slopes.

This condos unique feature(2 full bathrooms in a 1 bedroom condo) provides 2 separate sleeping areas, each with its own full bathroom and comfortable bed, for groups of 2-4 people. When compared to a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo the savings in rates can be quite substantial. The savings make the 5 minute sofa bed prep time insignificant for groups wanting to stay on-hill...without having to use a regular (and possibly quite uncomfortable) pull out sofa-bed in a 1 bathroom condo.
- WORKABLE FOR GROUPS OF 3-6 GUESTS REQUIRING 3 BEDS
It takes less than 5 minutes to set-up/take-down the air-bed. It provides a budget friendly (but still quite comfortable) alternative for groups requiring 3 beds. I've hosted many families, the largest being 2 adults/4 kids for a 6 night stay, who've all had a great time. I've also hosted lots of adult groups requiring 3 beds, the largest being 5 adults for a 3 night stay, who also posted 5 star reviews. But 6 adults, for more than a night or two, would be a bit cramped.....but workable for a short stay.
MATTRESSES:
One of the best reasons to stay here is the mattress! This condo is furnished with an ultra premium Organic Latex King mattress, topped with premium grade memory foam, quilted with thick layers of pure organic wool and 100% organic silk fiber in the pillow-top. Dressed with 420 thread count 100% Cotton Sateen sheets this mattress provides a luxurious nights sleep! Guests also have their choice of a coverlet, comforter or Canadian White Goose Down duvet to sleep under.
The premium sofa bed is equipped with a custom made, hinged, heavy duty spring coil mattress that doubles as the seat cushion (not a futon). It provides a comfortable sitting and sleeping surface. To amp up the comfort level even further, when folded out to use as a bed it's topped with a superior quality convoluted foam topper followed by a premium Organic Wool topper(see listing pics). Dressed in the same Cotton Sateen sheets it's almost as comfortable as the King.
The air bed is stored conveniently in the blanket chest. If a 3rd bed is required you need to inflate the mattress(it has its own pump and inflates/deflates in 1 minute), then lay out a high density convoluted foam topper (which makes the mattress quite comfortable) shared from the sofa bed, dress it with a mattress pad/bedding then deflate/re-store everything in the morning to free up the floor space. .
FURNISHED FOR COMFORT AND SOCIALIZING:
Featuring a well spaced, open seating area designed for relaxation and conversation. Two top grain leather recliners, a top grain leather lounge chair and the high backed sofa provide comfortable seating for up to 5 guests.(6 if there are kids)
The 4 Oak Captains chairs(an upgrade from normal wood dining chairs) are all arm chairs that have deep padded/upholstered seats and curved/padded/upholstered backs for hours of comfortable dining and socializing at the table. The dining table also has an 18" extension leaf for larger meals, board games and card games.

AS A GUEST/TRAVELER - I'm not impressed when I see wide angle photography used to create the illusion of spaces being much larger than they truly are. It's more of a red flag for me.

RATES ARE FOR 2 GUESTS: $12 per person extra (6 people max.) to cover additional laundry, utilities, wear and tear etc. I contemplated having just one rate for all guests but that would be unfair when 2 guests book the property as they would have to pay more.
This property has its original countertops, cabinetry, sinks and toilets that all work as they should. Instead of replacing, cabinets and countertops have been painted/refurbished and those savings were funneled into premium mattresses/furnishings and a unique selection of quality artwork/sculpture. The way I see it, time in the condo is mainly spent cooking/eating, sleeping and chilling out. So I have made these activities as effortless, comfortable and relaxing as possible while still firmly keeping rates the lowest on the hill for a condo of this size featuring 2 full bathrooms.
This is a well kept, quiet building consisting mainly of full time residents. Though there are numerous on-hill buildings that allow the party-all-night crowd, this is not one of them. I respect my neighbors rights to peace and quiet during quiet hours(11pm-7am) and require all guests to show that same respect.
I'm an easygoing Premiere Host doing his absolute best to provide 5 star stays/experiences for all guests. You can laugh as loud, hard and long as you want, crank the stereo to that favorite song and by all means have some fun! But you are required to keep noise down to normal conversational levels during quiet hours.
Guests causing excessive noise complaints during quiet hours agree in advance, by booking, to be immediately evicted, pay a $500 excessive noise fine and forfeit any remaining time booked.
