Positive: The facility is very nice, everything is tidy and well maintained. There is a sort of private pool shared by couple of families and also small playground. The kitchen had everything you need to cook a decent meal and the bathroom was clean. This is a great place to come with children, there is a small front yard with live fence so they can play and be safe. Also the beach is 10 minute walk or you can wait for a free ride (depending on how lucky you are, it may be always full).
Negative: The absolute lack of sound proofing the rooms. And I honestly can't stress this enough! You will hear EVERYTHING that 4 neighboring apartments are doing inside! You will hear them use toilet, you will hear them shower, wash dishes, you will hear them walk the stairs, move chairs...as if they were inside your apartment. This is honestly just very unpleasant, especial the sounds from toilet, and I don't mean flushing.. The second thing is lack of WIFI. They say wifi is free near the pool area, but that means you have to be outside and near the pool. If you are lucky you may get half a bar inside the apartment for couple of minutes. That honestly is embarrassing, not to offer internet access in 2023.
Summary: Great for family retreat and beach is great, but it lacks Italian authenticity. Feels like Germany..
