If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat away from the noise of the city, this might be your spot. Here is a breakdown of my experience: The Gold Standard: Hospitality The absolute highlight of this stay was the superb customer service. Warm Welcome: My sister was greeted with a massive smile the moment she stepped into the cafe. Going the Extra Mile: Two staff members helped us unload our belongings without hesitation. Their friendliness and "can-do" attitude really set a positive tone for the trip. Kudos to the entire team! Areas for Improvement: Maintenance & Cleanliness While the staff is top-tier, the physical cabin itself could use some TLC. I noticed several areas that need attention: Need for Upgrades: The place is showing its age. A simple repainting of the stairs, guard railings, and doors would go a long way in freshening up the vibe. General Housekeeping: We found the back of the leather sofa to be quite dusty, including under the staircase, suggesting it needs a deeper general cleaning. The View: The cabin’s greatest feature is the large front glass overlooking the pool. Unfortunately, it was covered in water marks and dirt. Since this is the focal point of the cabin, keeping that glass crystal clear is essential! The Kitchen Setup The kitchen is located at the back, which is "okay" but felt a bit inconvenient for quick meals. Suggestion: Adding a small induction stove inside the cabin would be a game-changer for guests who want to prepare simple snacks without heading to the back area. The Verdict Will I go back? Yes, definitely. Despite the maintenance hiccups, Ohanna Cabin is incredibly charming. It offers exactly what I was looking for: a relaxing, quiet atmosphere to escape the city's chaos.
