The west side of this beachy duplex with a shared pool and private hot tub is a welcoming space for family and friends to gather or make new friends. Each level of the duplex has a deck for enjoying time outside, including a hot tub on the ground level. With the main living area on the third floor that maximizes your ocean and sound views, you can cook a family dinner or relax in main living area with loved ones.
~2100 sq ft of space in one of the prettiest parts of Emerald Isle and just across the street from the beach.
Bedroom 1: King | Bedroom 2: Queen | Bedroom 3: Bunk/Double and Single
First Floor: Main entrance to the house via, keyless entry with a code. Game room with foosball table, full-size refrigerator, and queen sleeper sofa.
Second Floor: Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3. Oceanview decks for enjoying a morning sunrise or a quiet moment with your favorite beach read.
Third Floor: Main living area with the living room feature views of the ocean and a deck with seating. Kitchen on the sound side with plenty of seating.
Shared Pool: The pool area is shared by both sides of the duplex. A perfect chance to make new friends or enjoy it all if you rent both sides!
Parking - 2 in the driveway and 2 on the parking pad.
No Smoking of any kind, additional fees will apply.
No parties.
Pets allowed. No Fee. 2 Maximum.

Summary: Great location within a short walk to the beach. Cart onsite with chairs to use for the beach. Enjoyed being out on the beach, going in the hot tub, & the pool. A short drive to Indian beach for restaurants on the canal, amazing ice cream shop or going to Emerald Isle for great food, live music, or local shopping. If you like a calm but popular beach location that’s family friendly this is the spot. Tons of room for a large family & ease of parking as well.
