An expansive deeded beach awaits just steps away and you can stroll for miles. The beach atmosphere extends inside the apartment as you are always reminded where you are through the decor and the views (direct ocean views from the living room, two of the bedrooms and 2 decks). For the time that you will spend inside, the apartment will provide comfort for the entire family. The master bedroom is huge and has a king bed, master bath and closet, as well as access to a deck with lounge furniture. Two other bedrooms, one being earmarked for kids with bunk beds and trundle, are also ready to receive their guests in style. And there are also two extra full bathrooms, so nobody has to wait for the shower after a long day at the beach. A large, beautiful and fully equipped kitchen overlooks the living and dining areas. Internet, phone and cable tv (flat screens in the living room and the adult bedrooms) will keep you connected and entertained. But there are countless opportunities for entertainment in the area as well. Tidewatch is one of the villages in New Seabury and the New Seabury Country Club is the closest attraction, directly across the street and accessible for exceptional dining. A short walk/ride/drive takes you to Popponesset Marketplace, a charming summer hub with shops, restaurants (including Raw Bar, the home of the award winning lobster roll), ice cream, coffee, mini golf and free concerts. Popponesset Inn is also here and provides exquisite, ocean side dinning (don’t forget to make a reservation). New Seabury is close to Mashpee Commons (5 minute drive, with great shops, restaurants, movie theater) and the nearby towns of Falmouth and Hyannis where you can also take a ferry to Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket for a daytrip.
