Positive: The fresh feel was nice and shower pressure great. Has a dishwasher and reverse aircon in lounge room. Each room has a fan.
Negative: For the price, I expected much better pillows and mattresses—the beds were not comfortable at all. There isn't a dryer or even a clothesline; just a small clothes horse, which wasn’t sufficient. The kitchen equipment is cheap and basic—things like the scissors were barely usable. The space wasn’t really suited for four adults: the lounge looks a lot bigger in photos, but it only comfortably fits two people (three if you're squished together). Finally, there are way too many keys on the keychain, making it confusing and time-consuming (about five minutes) to work out which key opens the property.
Summary: Overall, the stay was disappointing and didn’t meet expectations, especially for the price.
