Positive: Oceans 111 was an amazing house. Location was wonderful, very comfortable, very accommodating- truly had anything you could need! Being right on the beach was so nice - and not a far drive to anything you wanted to do or eat! Open floor plan of kitchen and living room is exceptional to be able to cook in and everyone enjoy everyones company! Elevator was a HUGE bonus for luggage, groceries or even just nice after a long day at the beach!

Negative: The only thing I can think of is that the house was not the cleanest upon arrival - there was still some trash left in garage, outside shower had toiletries and washclothes and swim trunks still in it, a few of the bathrooms were dirty upon arrival -- nothing filthy just not the cleanest. It was nothing that we felt like we couldnt clean ourselves with some clorox wipes. Maybe just a rushed cleaning from the cleaning service. We did have to call twice because the AC quit working on the main level of the house but maintenance came quickly.
