This colorful condo has been recently updated in several thoughtful ways. Have coffee on the balcony and plug in your devices (if you must!). Enjoy a full kitchen, beach table and chairs on the oceanfront balcony and a comfy bedroom room with bayside views Two full-sized beds in bedroom and there's a queen size couch/sofa-bed in living room.
There's new vinyl plank flooring in the living room, dining room, bedroom, and primary bathroom, as well as new vertical blinds. Enjoy a new 42-inch Smart TV in the living room, a 32-inch flatscreen TV in the bedroom, and a new DVD player. The primary, newly renovated, full bathroom now features two 42-inch vanities with cultured marble countertops and a large, tiled shower with a seat, while the updated powder room has a 36-inch vanity with a cultured marble countertop.
Perhaps the most wonderful feature of this condo is the large balcony, with a custom glass/screen slider, that accommodates a table with four chairs, two reclining chairs, and another small table - all with PRIVATE, direct oceanfront views.
The Pyramid is an Ocean City landmark, offering a unique architectural design and a prime location on the beachfront. Enjoy an outdoor swimming pool and an oceanfront deck on the grounds, as well as easy access to a ACME Grocery, and a coffee shop across the street. 7-11 next door for convenience items.
Here on Coastal Highway, you'll be within blocks of all sorts of restaurants, shops, a library, a tennis court, CVS, miniature golf courses, and nightlife.
