Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Clean, convenient flat, set up with kitchen comforts, TV etc, ideal for our family of 3. Friendly hosts, prompt and polite with their communication. The location is fabulous, with the black sand beach literally across the street and visible from the flat's fabulous terrace. Lots of restaurant choices close by. We visited Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas, which ate an easy drive away, but this area of Puerto Santiago has a good mix of tourists and locals, and just felt like it had more character. The nearby bar has live music every night, but it doesn't go very late and the music isn't heard in the bedroom. We were very happy with the flat and had a lovely time.
Negative: The building has a lovely pool a couple of flights above the flat. The open timings were a bit confusing, we tried a few different times during stated opening hours and found that the pool was closed. It was great when we were able to use it, and is enclosed by a fabulous communal terrace with amazing views (open always). This is absolutely no reflection on the hosts or the flat itself!
