Downstairs, one bedroom is perfect for young children with its two day beds, comfortingly enclosed on three sides. Two roll-out trundles are great for siblings. Or, the bedroom can be put to good use by single friends maximizing space on vacation! Enjoy the back porch swing and two bathrooms from which to choose: one with a custom, marble-tiled shower enclosure with its own water-heater to ensure endless showers or another with a Jacuzzi jetted-tub large enough for couples or young children and their friends! A second bedroom is perfect for couples or siblings with its full-size, handmade solid pine daybed with full-size, roll-out trundle. Both bedrooms also feature sail chairs--comfortable and nearly indestructible-- made locally from up-cycled, racing-grade, boat sail!. The third bedroom, with queen bed, antique side tables and blanket chest, is well-suited to grandparents or another couple. It is also the location of the wireless router which affords high speed internet throughout the home. Your upstairs custom kitchen has bar seating as well as a more formal dining area for eight. In addition to typical amenities, enjoy your Keurig, espresso maker, charcoal grill (Big Green Egg, XL, to be exact), and atypical cookware including a pressure cooker favored in many cuban dishes. You'll also find your kitchen basics fully stocked on arrival-- we do ask that you replenish what you use and we welcome suggestions on what you'd like to see added in the future. Outside, enjoy cornhole in your side yard, display your grilling expertise on your own luxury Big Green Egg (but please ONLY use the supplied BGE Charcoal and SpeediLight Natural Charcoal Starters) in the hardscaped backyard with built-in firepit, stroll through the picturesque neighborhood, or take a swim or a suntan in the in-ground pool. If exploring's your passion, the marina, coastal walk, and historic Southport are just down the street. If bar-life or food are your passions, stroll to six right on the water-- and don't be surprised to watch dolphins play while you eat (or drink!).
