We are literally 3 minutes from the BEACH!! Our 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home is nestled into a hill top estate in an exclusive neighborhood on the NW side of Antigua. It is FULLY PRIVATE I.e it occupies the full first floor of a house which has a fully separate apartment dwelling space on the second floor. We have designed the amenities and furniture of this space to optimize guests having the most memorable experiences. The open concept kitchen and living room area has all top end appliances and furnishings. The conveniences of blender, toaster, new pots, cutlery, and glassware are a “home-bodies” dream! We also can do Private Chef packages or food basket drop offs if dining in private is more your vibe.
The Primary Bedroom greets you with a King Sized bed adorned in pristine linens that you want to jump into… the cozy bathroom reflects the vibe of a spa retreat. Alongside the Primary Bedroom is a courtyard to sip your coffee and or a breezy outdoor lunch. The second bedroom is perfectly sized for comfort, storage and rejuvenation.
The living room has a brand new sofa set for comfort lounging and a Smart TV to stream your favorite shows! Airport Transfer and your first breakfast is on us!! Come enjoy TheView 17•61

Summary: Clean, lovely and fantastic views! Would 100% reccommend. We chose this listing as we wanted to be close to family living nearby and will definitely be recommending the property to other friends and family who will be visiting the island.
