The entire property, both front and back yards, as well as the entire driveway on the right side of the house are yours to enjoy. The detached garage is a separate rental space.
The garage and the driveway on the left side of the house are for those renting the 2 separate short term rentals in the garage. If you would like to rent the house and the 2 garage spaces, contact me and I will let you know if they are all available.
There is a 6-foot fence that separates the main house and back deck from the garage apartments. You will have full privacy while renting the main house.

Summary: Excellent size for family gathering. There were 7 adults total and we had plenty of room. Easy access to shopping and sights. Bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. We did have some difficulty with air conditioning our first night but was taken care of by the next day.
