Positive: Located in Sandestin with many properties around it. There's a lot of walking/biking trails, beautiful scenery with the bay in your backyard. Baytown Warf is very close and has many restaurants to choose from. The townhouse is spacious and decorated very nice. Comfortable beds!
Negative: The parking situation isn't great. You are supposed to have your numbered spot but someone was constantly in it, causing us to park farther away and walk. I called about it and was told they couldn't do anything, just to park in a guest spot.They rent out the unit upstairs (they split the town house) and you can hear everything like an apartment building.
Summary: Overall the stay was great and I would recommend it.
