4 Bedroom House in Egger Acres, Round Rock

This is the perfect retreat for families or large groups! Home is a short drive to everything - 10 mins to Kalahari Water Park, Dell Diamond, and Round Rock Outlets, 5 mins to DT Round Rock, 20 mins to Austin.
Home has been completely updated with new appliances, ultra-comfortable mattresses/bedding, and designer touches throughout.
You'll enjoy the super fast internet, smart TVs, and spacious backyard. There is a perfect children's park right across the street for the kiddos! We have games!
Please no parties, no smoking, and no pets. There will be a $500 cleaning fee charged for smoking or pets.
Please list all guests staying in the home during booking and ensure guest count is correct at time of booking. We provide bedding, towels, and amenities based on guest count in the booking.
Our standard checkout time is 10 AM. There will be a holdover charge of $50 for every hour stayed past checkout time unless specifically agreed upon in advance. If holdover exceeds 3 hours, then a full night stay will be charged but does not grant guest possession for that extra day.
Please note there are security cameras on site (Front entrance, front door, and garage/driveway).
Note - there is an apartment unit with private residence which is attached to the garage. There are no shared areas between the main house and the apartment unit with the exception of the laundry room which is shared. There is a locked door which secures the main house from the shared laundry room.
There is a smart thermostat which conserves energy when no occupancy is detected and allows for heating range of 65-70 F and cooling range of 70-75 F.
