This apartment is independently managed to a premium standard so guests can enjoy the Penthouse location backing onto a quiet street with your own, huge private rooftop terrace for sun baking, lounging or BBQs whilst enjoying the abundant views. The apartment presents premium towels and gorgeous linen bedding. 3 bedrooms (Primary with ensuite) accommodating 6 super comfortably plus room for a cot, separate dining, living, open plan kitchen and 3 independent balconies that are bathed in sunlight making plenty of room to enjoy. The pool is a kid magnet and is clearly visible from the main balcony and rooftop terrace. Hastings St and Gympie Tce are both a walk away with 2 completely different experiences - beach or river. Summary: We were impressed by the expansiveness of the apt and its wraparound verandahs and views. The light coloured parquetry gave the penthouse the feeling of airiness. The overall cleanliness and attention to detail was a standout for us. For example, the quality fitments such as the auto blinds, the fully stocked pantry of teas and coffees. The excellent quality of the appliances including kitchen and laundry. The washing line was also a useful addition. The outside furniture was comfortable and the inside settees with their very clean throws was also appreciated. What was also impressive was the Dyson vacuum and the clean mop head ready to use. The organic cleaning solutions were useful and clean smelling. I could go on but those listed were the impressive features of the this apt. Thank you!
