"No Rain" by Holiday Beach Rentals is an amazing beachfront home featuring 6 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. No Rain is a perfect getaway spot! This home features a large beachfront swimming pool, Tiki Bar area, and more than enough entertainment and amenities for the group to enjoy. Long day at the beach? Unwind in the pool while you listen to the sound of the waves roll in. Perfect for that group that loves to watch the big games or races, the living room features 3 large flat screen TV's and a view of beautiful Panama City Beach. Step outside to the lower game area of the home and you will find a pool table and foosball table.
The first floor features a living area with a flat screen TV, queen sleeper sofa, refrigerator, half bathroom, kitchenette, and door leading to the outside Tiki Bar and Game area. The outside deck on the 1st floor has a pool table, foosball table and bar seating. Take some steps up and you will be blown away by the extensive pool area. Walk down to the beach on the newly added beach walk over! You can enjoy all of this while looking out towards the glorious Panama City Beach.
The second floor features a great open floor plan living area, two bedrooms, a half bathroom located in the hallway, and direct access to a furnished balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything from utensils to double ovens. You can sit 8 at the dining table, and 3 at the bar, while you enjoy your meal looking out to the Gulf of Mexico. The upscale living room features 3 large flat screen TV's, perfect for broadcasting a variety of programs. Down the hall is the half bathroom, a queen over king bedroom with private en-suite, and a king bedroom with private en-suite.
Head up to the third floor and you will continue to be impressed by the grand decor and detail of "No Rain." This floor features a common area with flat screen TV, a washer/dryer, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a balcony in the master suite. The first bedroom is a queen over king bunk, this bedroom shares a bathroom with the common area located in the hall. The second bedroom is a king room located on the streetside of the home with private en-suite. The third bedroom is a king room with a partial beach view and private en-suite. The fourth bedroom is the king master suite. This will be the bedroom everyone wants to stay in featuring perfect views of the beach where you can watch the sunrise/sunset. The master suite features a jetted bath tub and large walk-in shower with a color changing rain shower head. The glass door in the bedroom leads out to the furnished balcony where you can relax and take-in the mesmerizing views of the Gulf of Mexico.
A FEW THINGS TO MAKE NOTE OF:
Your pool is heated! We aren't talking about hot-tub style temperature or anything, it has the ability to heat up to 85 degrees. However, this feature is something our team must activate for you, so be sure to let us know ahead of time if you feel you're going to need it during you stay.
"No Rain" has direct beach access with a private boardwalk!

A vacation rental lease agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation of your reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. A credit card is required to be put on file. Some other important items to remember:
No Pets: Pets are NOT permitted in or on the premises of any Management's properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $1,000.00 pet fee, per pet, that will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. Additionally, Guest's credit card on file may be charged extra cleaning fees to include but not limited to; extermination fee, deep clean fee, odor, and dander removing fee, and animal hair removal fee. If a Guest needs to bring a service animal who has been trained to do work or perform tasks for a disability, Management MUST be notified at the time of booking and proper paperwork will be required upon request. Guest is responsible for picking up animal waste and keeping the animal on a leash at all times. Guest will be responsible and liable for any damages caused by a service animal to reservation property or its contents. Emotional support animals are not service animals, and therefore not permitted.
No Smoking or Illegal Drug Use: Smoking and illegal drug use is not permitted in or on the premises of any Management rental properties to include but not limited to porches, pool decks, balconies, and driveways. Violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction of Guest and a $1,000.00 fee will be charged to Guest's credit card on file. If evidence or indications of smoking or of illegal drug use are found in or on reservation property during or after reservation occupancy period, this will be deemed by Management as a violation to this policy and this Agreement. All smoking devices are prohibited including but not limited to; the use of vape pens, e-cigs, pipes, hookah, marijuana smoking devices, or any drug paraphernalia.
Age Requirements: The primary guest must be 25 or older and must occupy the property for the entire stay, including overnight and whenever guests under 25 are present. For every three guests aged 24 or younger, at least one parent or guardian (25+) must be present and staying at the property. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund. Management reserves the right to inspect the property at any time.
Listings / Pricing:

Guest understands and accepts that said inaccuracies will not result in any offered credits, discounts, or adjustments to correct rates or information.

Summary: Never saw on website that a house was being built next door. By the time you readthi I'm sure house is completed. we should have been told. Location was ok but house floors need fixing. The master baths floor was sinking due to a leak apparently. I had to put a towel over area to cover the sunken part as the porcelain tile had sharp edges.Downstairs in kitchen was a large water stain on ceiling which was the location of the sunken bathroom floor. Someone should have painted that big round stain. I went throughout the house putting red tape down on areas of tile that had grout missing , hence making the edges of the tile sharp. everyone was barefoot at one time or anther so was concerned someone would cut their feet. I found the few rugs that were in the house dirty looking. these needed to be replaced. The area the house is in is convenient to stores , restaurants and is right on the beach with a pool. The pool decking needs some care as some boards were lifting up and could cause a fall. I wouldn't rent it again unless it was fully cleaned and updated. Its worn out.
