City bus stop 2 minute walk. U of M Stadium 2 miles .05 mile to The Graduate Hotel. Fuller pool .08 mile. 1 queen bed in the bedroom and a daybed in the living area. Perfect for 2 friends who don't want to sleep in the same room. Maximum capacity 2 guests. Gay and LBGT friendly.

This is a graduate student neighborhood that is very quiet and peaceful. There are 3 stairs to get to the porch. It has a small bathroom that is very functional and clean but not suitable for large people.
