Summary: The house was well equipped with everything you could need, but had its problems. It was well furnished but the chairs in the lounge area were not very comfortable. The bedrooms had plenty of linen, but we had to make up the beds ourselves. There was no storage for clothing in any of them apart from a small shelf unit in the double bedroom on the top floor. Unfortunately this was filled with the many, unnecessary, cushions from the bed. There is no parking at the house and we had to leave our car in a public carpark s short walk away. That said, it is in a great location. Very close to the beach and within easy reach of the Operation Overlord sites. The biggest thing to be aware of is the need to pay a €400 refundable deposit on arrival. The owner does not take credit cards, so we had to accompany her to an ATM to get cash. This means we are left with this cash. This was the only time we used cash on the whole trip, so this is a huge inconvenience. And will probably incur a cost when converting back to sterling. I can find no mention of this deposit anywhere in the many emails from VRBO and really think this should be made clear.
