The panoramic apartment has a balcony where you can relax in the evening with an aperitif and enjoy the wonderful view to the sea in the distance. The property where your apartment is located is surrounded by a spacious, communal plot and a few meters from your front door there is a private outdoor seating area where you can have your breakfast or dinner outside. The apartment is ideal for a small family with one or two children, your shower room also has a washing machine, a detail not to be neglected especially during summer vacations.
