Positive: Nice place with lots of space and 3 seperate beds in 2 rooms. Good area with easy and free parking. Price is great of course.
Negative: The rooms and sheets were not really clean. We had to wash all the dishes before using them. A few more items would have items would have been nice, like more than one fork or a hairdryer.
