This spacious 3/2 condo is the perfect retreat for a family. Interested in moving to town, or deciding to work remote from this absolute serine location, this may be the spot for you. It's designed with comfort and relaxation in mind.
The home's nautical theme provides a coastal ambiance, with decor in soothing shades of blue and white. The well-equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare family meals, while the dining area opens to a balcony overlooking a serene pond where turtles sunbathe on the shoreline and birds sing in the trees - the ideal spot for al fresco dining.
For lounging, there's both a living room and a den, with smart TV's to entertain. When it's time to retire for the night, the bedrooms offer premium comfort with extra king-sized beds in two rooms and two queen beds in the third, along with plush linens.
The condo's thoughtful amenities like the elevator, extra towels and linens, and basic cleaning supplies make an extended stay easy. We also provide beach chairs, towels, toys, and umbrella for guests when it's time to head out to the beach and stick your toes in the sand.
With abundant space for the whole family to spread out, all the comforts of home, and a peaceful pond view, this is a perfect home base for making treasured memories together.
This property is located within the gated community of the Venetian Golf and River Club. It is know as one of South Florida's best golf courses with many amenities, such as, 2 heated resort style swimming pools, hot tub, fitness club/gym, women's/men's locker rooms, day spa, activities shoppe, Myatka river walk, along with tennis and pickleball courts, with an upscale club restaurant/bar. It is a $175 dollar transfer fee for access pass.
Unfortunately we do not have a golf course membership but there are many nearby that you don't need a membership for. If your staying for 6 months to a year, the community does have options for a direct membership through you.
We are currently seeking renters for a term of 6 months to a year from April 2025-April 2026.
This community limits us to two month minimum stays, so if you're looking for anything between 2-12 months, we encourage you to reach out.

This home's location is everything! 13 minutes away from charming shores of Casey Key and Nokomis Beach. 20 minutes away from the number one beach in America, Siesta Key. 20 minutes away from downtown Sarasota or Venice where you'll find countless restaurants, bars, shopping and entrainment. You will also be in close proximity to beautiful national parks, hot springs, kayaking, surfing, paddling, fishing, seashell and shark tooth hunting.
