Fully renovated, single family home just 2 miles to the Deerfield Beach Pier. Just painted soft blue with a nautical decor inside featuring blue and soft sage wall colors . One story, large 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home with sleeping for 8 ( pull out sofa too). 5 minutes to everything including the beach. Kitchen is gourmet with top of the line LG appliances including door knock technology. An island with seating for 3 and even to use as a work space is installed. Everything that you need to make amazing meals is here including a Kitchen aid stand mixer, convection oven and microwave etc. Master bedroom is a king side Tommy Bahama dark sleigh bed with with a large walk in closet an plenty of dresser space. . One guest room is a white coastal design bed and large closet. 3rd room to be determined by July 15th
Fastest AT & T fiber optic internet and printer is available and all rooms have smart Samsung TV's ( living room has a 55", master bedroom a 49" and other bedrooms 40") large 40 x 15' screened in porch with ceiling fan and lots of seating makes for a great place to drink coffee or have cocktails. Guest bath has a brand new single bowl vanity and tub/shower and master bedroom has a walk in shower with frameless shower door. New pictures on request as this renovation is in the works now.
