Welcome to this spacious 4-bedroom retreat, located just 4 minutes from NLC and ideal for linemen attending the 15-week course—message us for more details. Bright, open living areas and cozy bedrooms create a welcoming atmosphere, complemented by a fully equipped kitchen and a large desk for added convenience. Relax on the covered patio with a grill (seasonal), and enjoy sizable bathrooms featuring both shower and tub options, stocked with blow dryers, makeup towels, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. An air mattress in the living room sleeps two additional guests, making this home perfect for larger groups. Please note the property has two outdoor cameras (one above the garage and a doorbell camera). Guests are responsible for snow removal during winter months, and a snow shovel is provided. The three-car garage is not accessible to guests. From November through April, the outdoor grill and patio furniture are unavailable. Select kitchen and master bedroom cabinets have child locks (push down and pull), and the TV console/electric fireplace is securely anchored to the wall. Comfort ease and memorable stays await!
