You’ll also be at walking distance from beautiful spots like Plaça Espanya and Montjuïc with its famous Magic Fountain.

HOUSE RULES
- Utilities (water and electricity) and common expenses are not included in the price. The guest agrees to paid it monthly according to the consumption and within 48 hours after the settlement of supplies is sent, based on actual meters readings.

- For stays of more than 30 days a € 200 deposit must be delivered in cash at the time of check-in. This amount will be returned after guest departure, once the consumption of water and electricity has been paid and there is nothing pending payment.
- We can only accept stays longer than 60 days and whose start date is included within the first days of the availability periods stated in our calendar. Please ask for any question about it.
- Important: at the moment of reservation and checkin, it is mandatory to prove the identity by presenting the ID or passport as well as signing the long term agreement.
- Age restrictions: over 21 years old.

- Remember that you are in a residential environment and that from 11pm the neighbors want to rest. Avoid annoying noises from this time. The rooftop terrace of the building can not be used during the night from 12:00am until 7:00am to allow the rest of the neighbors.
- Reservations can not be shared between successive clients and they are not transferable.
- For stays longer than 40 days, a short monthly maintenance visit will be made to check the general condition of the apartment, smoke and CO2 sensors and other technical elements.

- The intermediate cleanings are intended to maintain a good level of cleanliness in the apartment during your stay. It will last for 2 hours and includes the removal of dust from all surfaces, aspiration and scrubbing of floors, wash basins, cooking surfaces and microwave in the kitchen; wash showers, sinks and toilets in bathrooms, replacement of garbage bags and washing of bed linen and towels.

- The apartment is intended to be used exclusively as a temporary residence. Any other activity - artistic, professional or of any other nature - is expressly prohibited, unless expressly approved prior to booking.

- It is not allowed to hang things, make holes or adhere any type of element to the walls of the apartment.
