This three-bedroom condo also comes with a private 40-foot boat slip so bring your boat or rent one for the weekend! Only one block from the beach and two blocks from the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, this property is in the perfect location. This renovated unit is a fun place to be a kid again and pick out your next boat or yacht as they travel up and down the canal. Or join the adventure on the canal on The Party boat, The Big Kahuna boat or The SeaLegs Pub Boat. The functional designed kitchen is a cook's delight with every detail considered including a pot filler. Enjoy watching fireworks from your front porch every Thursday night during the summer. Any night you can walk into town for dinner or the Carolina Beach Carnival.

Guest Bedroom: Queen bed, with closet.
Second Guest Bedroom: Queen bed, with closet.
Hall Bathroom: Full bath with jacuzzi tub with shower and washer/dryer.
Parking: Assigned carport with tandem parking for 3 vehicles.
Arrival/Departure:
Keyed entry. You will need to stop by the office for check-in.
Check-In: 4:00PM.
Check-Out: 10:00AM.
You may call our office to see if an early check-in/late check-out is available. Early check-in/Late check-out fee is $25 per hour.
Items to Bring:
Paper towels and toilet tissue, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies and beach towels/items.

Lose yourself in all the area has to offer, including paddle boating on the nearby lake, exploring historic Fort Fisher or the local aquarium, or going to Wilmington and seeing all that the Port City has available. Explore the Carolina Beach State Park, take a fishing charter out to the deep sea for the day, or enjoy a relaxing day on the beach at Freeman Park. Sleep in or get up early to watch the beautiful sunrises accompanied by dolphins and shrimp boats. Every week in the summer, you have Fireworks at the Carolina Beach Boardwalk. There's activity on The Island year-round!
