New Condo on Possum Kingdom Lake for the perfect family getaway. This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo come fully furnished with modern living space/décor, stylish full size kitchen with all the amenities and bar seating. Gather around the large dining room table for a meal together or a friendly board or card game. The family room provides comfortable oversized furniture, along with a queen sized sofa sleeper, in which to relax and watch your favorite game on an updated smart TV. Master suite includes a King bed with wonderful view of the harbor, along with an attached bath that has a walk in shower and dual vanity. The guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen and a Double size bed. The hall bathroom has a large tub, shower and single vanity. Walk out the patio door for immediate access to the fire pit, BBQ, pool/spa all while taking in the view of the lake and marina. Very close proximity to hiking trails, public boat ramp, and lakeside dining. Steps away is the marina where you can rent a boat, jet ski, water toys, etc...in order to enjoy a day on the lake.

Summary: Our stay was great and the place was extremely clean. They thought out things we would need like extra blankets, pool towels and toys. The house stayed cool which is very important in the summer. There were condiments in the fridge and other important kitchen accessories that I've found other vacation rentals didn't have. They even had Q tips in the bathroom, extra toothpaste and toothbrushes, body wash and shampoo/conditioner in the shower. Everything felt very well thought out to ensure your stay was comfortable. The pool is very close to the unit and easily accessed out the back patio gate, which our teens much enjoyed. There is a communal laundry room that is free, you just have to bring your own detergent. The property itself was very quiet and didn't seem to be heavily occupied, which was nice! There is boat parking outside of the gated parking lot a short distance away. We had no problems at all and will stay here again!
