This is truly a one of a kind property in an amazing spot in the heart of South Haven so close to everything with all the amenities you could hope for in a vacation destination. Open the front door to the open concept living/dining/kitchen area with custom accents everywhere. Step in to view the fireplace with shiplap and the real barnwood beam encasing the dining area. Check out the well stocked kitchen with large island, quartz countertops & glass tile back splash and from there walk right onto the screened in porch which offers an additional eating area. Two main floor bedrooms & bathrooms finish out the main level. The master bedroom has a custom ceiling in the master bedroom and an attached master bathroom with tile/glass shower enclosure, double sinks, washer and dryer and a private entrance to the swim spa. The other main floor bedroom is sized right for guests & offers private bathroom access to the main floor bathroom.
The upstairs has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living area. A large bedroom serves as a 2nd floor master suite with an attached bathroom including a shower, toilet and sink. A spacious bunk room for all ages with four twin beds and a walk in closet provides a great space for kids to enjoy especially with toys in the closet! The living area on this floor is nautically themed with a sectional, two extra chairs and a flat screen. The downstairs offers a retreat with a 3rd living area, ping pong table, foosball air hockey AND a very cool theater room with messaging chairs that light up and heat.
In the back yard you can enjoy nice shaded green space surrounded by large mature trees along with a swim spa and outdoor bar area. This provides a great space for outdoor play, yard games and enjoying the outdoors. The storage closet outside is packed with yard games, beach equipment and bikes.
All this and an absolutely amazing location to boot! Fill your vehicle with groceries on the way in and park for the week/weekend everything is within walking distance.
