This cozy farmstay is situated on 2.5 peaceful acres that you will enjoy to yourself. Step outside our gates and you will find yourself on the doorstep of award-winning winery, Cupitt’s Estate. You will feel as though you are miles from the hustle & bustle, however you are located only 6 minutes from Milton, Ulladulla and Mollymook beach. Enjoy exploring the area before returning for cozy evenings by the indoor or outdoor fire. There is also a freestanding bath with a view of the forest.
The space:
This home was originally an American style barn which has been renovated to be a beautiful 3 bedroom home. It is ideal for 3 couples or 2 small families with 2 queen bedrooms and one very large room with a double bed and single bunks. We have one main bathroom and an outdoor hot/cold shower on the back patio perfect for post-beach showers. The home is very much child friendly with two living/tv areas and expansive grassed front and back yards for outdoor activities. There are two 8-seater dining tables, indoor and outdoor, as well as a BBQ.
There is a large carport and long driveway - we ask that you don't drive/park on the grass as there is no need.
The kitchen has everything you will need to cook and entertain with a microwave, coffee machine, large smeg oven and plenty of pots, plates, cutlery and utensils.
We supply all bed linen, towels, tea towels and have spare blankets in each wardrobe.
We have free unlimited wifi and you will be able to access any of your accounts, netflix, stan etc. on both tv's.
There is an indoor fireplace as well as air-conditioning and ceiling fans in the queen bedrooms.
Our cleaning fee is for a normal clean of the whole house + linen, any additional fees to this cost from our cleaner will be charged as extra e.g. if the BBQ is left in a mess.
