Large open plan living room and dining room with lots of light and views. Modern kitchen with adjacent breakfast room. Bright light all day long and clean, pristine and comfortable furnishings. Clothes Washer/Dryer a few steps away. A.C. and Internet and Cable all provided. Private condo pool and beach area and private, covered parking.
Enjoy the views of dolphins, manatees, birds and tropical sunsets while you have a margarita in the living room. Or simply walk through the private pool and beach area to the wide Venice Beach and its warm water and fossilized shark teeth and perfect shell finds.
