Ultra-casual, top-ranked beach with everything but the crowds! Cape San Blas was named #1 beach in the nation by "Dr. Beach" for its sugar sand beaches and emerald green waters. If you visit once, you are sure to return!
From the large back porches on every floor, you can enjoy beach and gulf water views all day and sunsets every evening! Our direct beach front home was completed March 14, 2025, and is now booking fast for the remainder of 2025!
Sanding Ovation, our brand-new gulf front 4 story home with elevator directly on the beach, with two master suites, one on gulf side, and the other bay side. All bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom.
Dog friendly, with dogs and bonfires allowed on the beach. House is located in the coveted North Cape San Blas within the gated community of Ovation that spans from the Gulf of America to St. Joseph Bay, and which offers two community pools (closest pool across street - infinity edge pool bayside), a fire pit, workout gym, tennis/pickleball courts and two piers to walk out over the St. Joseph Bay. The beach walkover is right next to our home so you can step off our stairs and onto the walkover! Located on the desirable North Cape, just under 1 mile south of the entrance to St Joseph Peninsula State Park.
Our home has 6 bedrooms (4 King beds, 1 Queen bed, 1 bunk room), each with its own large bathroom, with a gulf side master suite and a bay side master suite, 7 baths total, outdoor shower, private secluded hot tub, two sets of washer/dryers, two full size refrigerators and 3 mini-fridge/beverage centers, large decks on both sides of the home for views of the Gulf, beach as well as across the Cape to St Joseph Bay! Our home has a dedicated 240V outlet for electric car charging in the garage and is wheelchair accessible with ramp entry, elevator access to all floors, wheelchair friendly suite and roll in shower.
There are just a few stores and restaurants on the Cape, which keeps the vibe very chill, but if more action is desired, just hop in the car and drive 15-20 minutes to picturesque Port St. Joe where you will find the lighthouse, numerous restaurants and shopping opportunities, or travel east along the gulf roadway to visit Apalachicola which has more quaint shops and restaurants.
Since the home is brand new, we do not have many reviews yet, however we have been Premier Hosts on VRBO for 15 years and have 3 other vacation homes in Palm Coast, FL, Lake Oconee, GA & Pigeon Forge, TN which you are welcome to view and read reviews as we are not property managers, you will be dealing directly with the owners. Summary: Our stay at this brand-new beachfront home was perfect!Right off the bat it was clear that a lot of thought and detail went into every aspect of this property. The house was spotless, and we loved the decor throughout. I could go on and on, but I’ll name a few highlights:Bathrooms: The bathrooms were stunning with beautiful countertops. My husband and I stayed in the top master bedroom, and the bathroom felt like a spa retreat with its three shower heads, soaking tub, and towel warmer.Convenience: Having multiple washers and dryers was extremely convenient, especially for our large group. The elevator made transporting luggage effortless. There were plenty of areas to wash sand off us and our dogs, including an outdoor shower. Extras: The hosts provided beach towels, chairs, toys, boogey boards, and games to play just to name a few things. The hot tub was a huge hit! Kitchen: The gorgeous, large kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need to feel at home during our stay. Location: Wow! We were right at the boardwalk and just steps from the beach. This made trips back and forth with the kids and dogs so easy. The views from the home were breathtaking, and we enjoyed walking throughout the gated community and checking out the amenities across the street.Hosts: The hosts were incredibly welcoming and communicated flawlessly throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again in the future and highly recommend to others!
