Each unit is allowed 2 parking spaces (not reserved) and permits will be provided upon check in.
Caribbean Resort 1202 features a separate/private lock out or mother-in-law suite with a king bed, full bath and efficiency kitchen. It even has fabulous water views!
This beach retreat is decorated to remind you of your ocean getaway – tranquil and relaxing. It includes smart TVs, high-speed WiFi, video streaming, and non-carpet floors. This getaway also includes an umbrella and two beach chairs during the summer season each day of your stay! With floor-to-ceiling windows, you will feel like you are actually on the water.

Guest bedroom offers two full size beds + tv and shared hall bathroom
Lock Out Suite has a king bed, attached full bath, kitchenette and water views + tv.
The accommodations include a comfortable living room with seating for eight and smart TV + views of the Gulf. The sofa is NOT a sleeper.
Guest will enjoy a dining table + seating at the kitchen bar.
Washer/Dryer are in the unit and 8 beach towels are provided for guest use.
This home is fully equipped with all bed and bath linens, fully furnished kitchen with everything you will need for cooking and entertaining. We provide all small appliances including coffee makers and hair dryers in each bathroom.
Kitchen and kitchenette offers refrigerators , stovetops, microwaves, and cookware/dishes/utensils. The main kitchen features AN EXTRA ICE MAKER.
