Enjoy our beautiful 1855 homestead. Gorgeous views. Super peaceful and tranquil. Plenty of outdoor space. 3600 square feet of indoor space to enjoy and relax.
There are 3 actual living structures on the property but the house is what you’re renting and it’s very secluded and quiet. The other structures are not part of your booking but they are available if you’d like to book more.
The house has 4 bedrooms and a huge back patio to enjoy your time. Currently 12 people total are allowed to book on property but must be registered guests. For any kind of event or extra gathering you must request permission in advance. Charges may apply for group gatherings. (A few friends over for dinner will be approved no issue/charge. Any more than this, and there will be a cost associated)
The base price for our listing is for 8 guests. You can have up to 12 but there is an extra coat associated of $25/night per extra guest.

~ chefs dream kitchen with high quality stove as well as everything you need to cook a meal
-4 heaters available for rent if you plan to stay outside late
~wine room to enjoy a taste with your loved ones.
~beautiful walk in shower in the master. Easy to maneuver.
~ 5 acres to walk and just be one with nature.
EVENTS: We are a wedding venue. We specialize in elopements but we can also accommodate a large wedding. Must contact us to discuss any event with more people then you booked for.
SECURITY CAMERAS: We have security cameras on the outside of the property. We use this for person free check-in when you get there as well as basic security. We have 1 located in the carport area (this is primarily used for check in). And one in the back
Pavillion. Coverings the cameras will result in a $50 fee for a staff person to come remedy the situation. Failure to leave the cameras alone will result in your reservation being terminated.
PETS: Due to my personal disability, I am unable to allow pets. A pet will result in immediate termination of our contract. Service animals included.
