With a large ensuite master, two ensuite guest bedrooms, and a charming guest cottage with an additional bedroom and full bathroom, this spacious and beautifully designed home is perfect for families or couples seeking a luxurious getaway, mixing the privacy and tranquility of sprawling lawns and manicured gardens surrounded by woods, a 50 foot gunite pool and the perfect location - 5 minutes from the bay beaches, 10 minutes from Southold and Cutchogue towns, farmstands and vineyards!
The private home features an open layout, with a chefs kitchen, dining room table with seating for 10 and a lounge. The bright living room features a wood-burning fireplace and looks out over a large park-like front lawn. The 50-foot gunite pool is the highlight of the outdoor living, with a nearby screen porch, deck, and patios offering lounging, reading, yoga, and dining options. A library/office allows for a work-for-home space or overflow for guests.
Our home has been designed to let in plenty of natural light, and the southern exposure means that every room is bathed in sunshine throughout the day, whether you're inside relaxing or tanning by the 50x20 gunite pool, complete with loungers and umbrellas.
