We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Balazuc, classified among the most beautiful villages of France, this charming apartment at less than one kilometer of the river Ardèche, of a surface of 45 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 15 m², a fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and a balcony. Wifi at disposal, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 15 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area.
- A kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine...
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A bathroom with shower.

- A balcony of 5 m², facing south to enjoy the beautiful days!
