Positive: has convinience store and kopitiam nearby. has carpark but only enough for 1 car. has washing machine, water dispenser and cooking utilise
Negative: the bedsheet and pillow sheets maybe use too much softener, tooooo fragrance. it is patition room so might hear some noise if neighbour is talking or someone passby your room
