Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Very professional staff, friendly, and responsive.
Negative: The pool was turned off even though there were 20 kids trying to play in it. I chose the place because the kids wanted to play in the water park that is shown on the site. But I guess they turn it on for an hour and that's it. Seems strange to do that. Not to mention kids were pretty bummed out about it.
