Positive: Size of property was very comfortable. View and access to beach was amazing. Kitchen was stocked to cook and also a standard coffee pot along with a Kuerig. Laundry room a great bonus. Love the water pressure on the showers.
Negative: Fan in master was small and squeaked. Master bath toilet seat had a broken hinge.We did not report as was minor as loved house. Light in pool did not work and could not figure out how to turn on fans in downstairs den. Maybe a list of how to turn on as no remote was present. Switches took a little while to figure out as several lights In home, which we liked. Just had to figure out how out
